Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, Aqua, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil (Peppermint Oil), Menthol.

Directions for use: Apply daily to affected area or lower abdomen for best absorption. Work dose up slowly over time. Starting with 8-10 sprays to a max of 30 sprays / day. Shake before use.
